quick responsiveness

the f&b team was very warm at dinner, providing attentive service. the front desk team was always cheerful, ready to assist. i enjoyed a quick response to my requests and was upgraded to a suite (what a nice surprise!). i would love to return for a longer stay next time.

The room was clean. It had a nice balcony with a sea view. The bath had a view of the balcony too. I thought that was a nice touch.

The sliding door to the toilet didn't close fully. It left a gap. The shower door hit the bed when opened. There was not much privacy in the room.

Check-in was smooth. The hotel is large and luxurious. The balcony had a nice sea view. The bathroom includes a view of the balcony. There are also plenty of power points available, including mains and USB.

I only noticed little things like not enough drawers were in the room and a lack of coat hooks to hang my coat.
