Balanced Stay
clean suite great breakfast serviced pool private event smaller area resident demotion
The hotel included very nice and neat Leiro suites. Breakfast had a great range of choices and good quality food. I found that main pool area was calm and well serviced by the bar staff. The attached gym was great for keeping up with fitness routines.
This meant it was not accessible to paying guests for the rest of the day. The importance of resident paying guests were demoted to a private function and its guests.

fantastic stay
the f&b team was very warm at dinner, providing attentive service. the front desk team was always cheerful, ready to assist. i enjoyed a quick response to my requests and was upgraded to a suite (what a nice surprise!). i would love to return for a longer stay next time.

The room was clean. It had a nice balcony with a sea view. The bath had a view of the balcony too. I thought that was a nice touch.
The sliding door to the toilet didn't close fully. It left a gap. The shower door hit the bed when opened. There was not much privacy in the room.

Great Sports Facilities and Breakfast
smooth check-in luxurious hotel nice view plenty power
Check-in was smooth. The hotel is large and luxurious. The balcony had a nice sea view. The bathroom includes a view of the balcony. There are also plenty of power points available, including mains and USB.
I only noticed little things like not enough drawers were in the room and a lack of coat hooks to hang my coat.

The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. Their knowledge about the hotel and the area was very helpful. I could always find someone to answer my questions.

The breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of options. I enjoyed fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes every morning. The Med restaurant provided very good food with really good service.

The sports facilities impressed me. The gym is fully equipped and spacious. There are multiple pools, including an indoor lap pool, a main pool, and an infinity pool. I really enjoy these options.

The room was big, and the bed was huge. The design is stylish and modern. The cleanliness was immaculate. I felt very comfortable in my room.
